
This is what I ate last weekend with a grocery list. My kids loved the Coq Au Vin and thought they were really cool eating French food. I spent less than $70 for these meals and we have leftovers for at least two nights of meals.

With this meatloaf recipe, I used 1lb of ground pork and 1lb of ground beef. I also used GF breadcrumbs instead of regular. My kids loved it and even ate the leftovers.
For the twice baked potatoes, I baked potatoes. Then I pulled out the middle leaving the “shell”. I mixed the potato innards with bacon, cheese, green onion, some milk and butter and put it back in the oven to melt the cheese. DELISH! I also had to improvise with milk and butter because I normally would have used sour cream for the potatoes.
