Why I post…

#image_title

Everyone says you need to post more.

More content.
More often.
More everything.

What I’m trying to do here is a little different.

I’m not here to tell you what to do.

I’m not here to take the “maybe gluten-free” food out of your mouth.

👉 I’m here to help you understand what actually made you sick.

Because living with celiac disease means you’re making decisions all day long.

What’s safe.
What’s risky.
What’s worth it.

And those decisions are usually based on a mix of:

Some of it comes from solid sources.

Some of it… doesn’t.

So sometimes I’m going to share information that doesn’t immediately feel right.

Like:

You don’t have to agree with it.
You don’t have to change anything you’re doing.
You don’t even have to use it.

But you’ll have it.

And when something feels off…
when you’re trying to figure out what happened…
when you’re making a decision in real time…

👉 you’ll have a better framework to work from.

Because a lot of this space is built on certainty.

And real life with celiac disease…

isn’t.

You don’t need more rules.

You need better information.
