Tomorrow starts Celiac Disease Awareness Month.

And I’ve been thinking about this for a while.
Because “awareness” sounds simple…
but celiac disease isn’t.

Most people think it just means not eating bread or pasta.
But when you actually live with it?
You realize it’s a lot more complex than that.

There’s a lot people don’t see:

And that’s before we even get into the science.
So this month, I’m going to talk about it.
