What a Celiac Eats – Day 2

Day 2 of the 30 day challenge of What a Celiac Eats.

Breakfast – Sausage and gruyere scrambled eggs. I need to eat the gruyere. Udis toast with butter and blueberry jam. #celiacdiet #glutenfree #celiac #celiacawareness


Lunch – Mongolian Chicken with white rice from a SAFE gluten-free Chinese restaurant.


Dinner – GF Museli with milk. Cucumber & tomato salad. A bag of Fritos. I must say that this is not normally how I eat. My husband made a stir fry Sunday that we are still eating off of, but I couldn’t eat any more rice.
