Did you know there was a 6th love language? It’s Gluten free. For all of those that love and support the celiac community, the sixth love language is gluten free.

Love languages describe the ways we demonstrate to our partners, friends, and communities that we care about them. There are typically 5 Love Languages, but adding Gluten Free as a love language helps.

Vacationing in a place with a kitchen, easy access to a grocery store, and lots of gluten free restaurants for your gluten free person is an act of love.

Washing hands and brushing teeth after a gluten filled meal prior to engaging with your gluten free person is an act of love.

No matter how late you are or sketchy the location, stopping by a gas station when the gluten monster gets your gluten free person is an act of love.

Checking each and every label for a certified gluten free label when you have gone grocery shopping for your gluten free person is an act of love.

Searching for and calling ahead to a restaurant to ensure they can accommodate your gluten free person is an act of love.

Bringing water, holding hair back, and making sure you have all medicines on hand for the inevitable and unknown gluten attack for your gluten free person is an act of love.

Being gluten free with your gluten free person is an act of love.
