What is some of the best and worst advice given to you when you tell people you have gluten issues?

Here’s what happened to me…. A friend and I were watching our children at their sporting event. The friend suggested we get something to eat after the event. I said I couldn’t. I just got diagnosed with celiac disease. They said, “How fashionable!”

It was 2013 during the height of the gluten free diet craze. So, fair comment.
