I still have gastrointestinal issues and rarely do I believe it was due to gluten. I ran into a brick wall with doctors saying I was healthy but I still felt awful more days than I should have.

t the same time, we know what Celiac is and that it stinks. I think we should take this time and make it our own personal “Take Care of the Celiac” month. We spend a lot of time denying ourselves gluten food we can’t have. So, what can we do and what should we do differently to improve our lives.
Note to the significant others that support us!
Today, I wanted to write a note to our long suffering significant others. Our significant others put up with a lot. Though we are entering a time of education and awareness for our disease, I thought a note of compassion for those that support them was due.
