I want to say thank you to everyone who reads, comments, shares, and engages with this page. It matters more than you probably realize.

Sometimes… I miss the mark.

I say something the way it makes sense in my head — but once it goes out into the world, it gets interpreted, reshaped, and sometimes taken in directions I didn’t expect.

So let me be clear about one thing:

If you have celiac disease, I will NEVER advocate for eating gluten. Ever.

If it ever sounds like I am — then I didn’t explain it well enough. That’s on me.

What I am trying to say is this:

You can live gluten free AND still live a full life.

Those two ideas are not mutually exclusive.
It’s not easy. It’s not perfect.
It’s a constant balancing act — a very fine needle to thread.

But the goal isn’t just to be gluten free.
The goal is to live your life while being gluten free.

So if I miss the mark sometimes — give me a little grace.

And if something doesn’t sit right, ask me about it. Push back. Start the conversation.

Because this only works if we’re figuring it out together.
