I gotta be honest—after posting every day for Celiac Awareness Month, I’m tired. A little ragged, even. Talking about celiac disease non-stop? It wears on you.

So today, I’m handing the mic to you.

🌾 Gluten is still swirling around us out there. Living gluten free isn’t easy. I want to hear from you—the good, the bad, and everything in between.

I’ll Go First…

🌟 The Good:
I just got some great news—my vitamins, minerals, bloodwork, and even fecal tests all came back in the clear! 🎉 Turns out, some digestive issues I’d been having were actually from a drug interaction. I stopped the medication, and the problems went away.

☁️ The Not-So-Good:
I’m a little low on Vitamin D (nothing a supplement can’t fix), and honestly… I’m just worn out. The last six weeks have been a whirlwind. But I’m grateful to be coming out the other side.

Now it’s your turn.
👇 Drop a comment and tell me:

  • What’s been good about living gluten free?
  • What’s been hard?

Let’s share some real stories—support, laugh, vent. We all need it.
