Weekdays? Easy. My routine keeps me in control—work, exercise, and home-cooked gluten-free meals. But weekends? That’s a whole different game.
This weekend was packed: 🍹 Cocktails with friends, 🎶 a music festival, 🍽️ brunch, and 🎾 tennis. Being out means leaving my gluten-free safe zone behind. If you’ve ever been stuck starving with no safe food in sight, you know the struggle is real. Here’s how I avoid that:
✅ Pack a snack bag—Think GF-friendly options that can handle the heat! I always have Skinny Pop + Kind Breakfast Bars (no chocolate).
✅ Know your backup plan—Grocery store grab-and-go: Cheetos, bananas, protein shakes = lifesavers.
✅ Find your “safe-ish” spots—Not perfect, but better than nothing: Chick-Fil-A, Wendy’s, Zaxby’s, and In-N-Out have decent GF options. BBQ and burger joints can also work in a pinch!
