What’s Your Current Gluten-Free Obsession?

If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably found yourself craving a treat every now and then, especially when sticking to a gluten-free diet. As much as I focus on eating whole, natural foods and keeping my meals as close to nature as possible, I’ll admit — sometimes a girl just needs a little indulgence. 🤷‍♀

My Current Gluten-Free Favorites

Right now, my two absolute favorite gluten-free treats are:

  1. Glutino Gluten-Free Pretzel Rods paired with Boar’s Head Dark Chocolate Dessert Hummus
    – This combo is so good! The salty crunch of the pretzels with the rich chocolate hummus is the perfect sweet-salty balance. If you haven’t tried this yet, I highly recommend it!
  2. Capello’s Everything Biscuits
    – These biscuits are small but mighty. I love topping them with an egg and bacon for a savory breakfast. Although I have to admit, the ratio of bread to egg and bacon isn’t quite perfect, so I’m always experimenting with ways to make it just right!

A Little Gluten-Free Snack Experiment

A couple of years ago, I went on a bit of a gluten-free pretzel twist experiment. I coated Glutino Gluten-Free Pretzel Twists in all kinds of fun toppings! Here are some of my favorites:

  • Cinnamon and Sugar – A sweet treat that felt like dessert in every bite.
  • Butter, Herbs, and Parmesan Cheese – A savory option that was absolutely addictive.

Honestly, that was one of the best parts of gluten-free snacking: experimenting and finding new combinations. 🍽️
