I have a tendency to get **obsessed** with certain gluten-free products. Most of the time, I try to focus on eating naturally gluten-free foods, but every now and then something new comes along and strikes a chord in my soul. I’ll binge eat it for months on end, and then suddenly I’m over it and moving on to the next obsession.

My Past Obsessions

  • Feel Good Foods Chicken Potstickers — one of my first true loves.
  • Red Lobster Gluten-Free Cheddar Bay Biscuits — buttery, cheesy perfection.
  • Applegate Farms Corn Dogs — fun, nostalgic, and… very expensive.
  • Bush’s Original Baked Beans — a quirky phase, but oddly satisfying.
  • Sabasstos Gluten-Free Pizza — the Costco 3-pack I couldn’t stop buying.
  • Tate’s Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies — crispy, addictive, and always gone too fast.

The Current Love Affair

Right now, my heart belongs to Capello’s Biscuits. The Everything Bagel Seasoning version is hands-down my favorite – but seem to no longer be available. The plain are fine (but just fine), and the Cheddar are up next on my list. The best part? I no longer have to trek to Whole Foods or Sprouts—they’ve finally arrived in my regular grocery store.

Why It Matters

Finding safe gluten-free products that actually taste amazing can feel like winning the lottery. If you’re living gluten-free, you know the excitement when a new product hits shelves and you can’t get enough of it. It’s more than food—it’s comfort, normalcy, and joy rolled into one bite.
