Stay Strong: Caring for You Comes First

Life doesn’t stop just because of a celiac diagnosis.

This week has been a lot—

And yet, through all of this, I’m still cooking and living a gluten-free life.

Sometimes it feels overwhelming. Sometimes I think, “grabbing that quick, gluten-filled meal won’t be so bad.” But it would be bad. Not only would I still have all the chaos, but I’d also be sick—vomiting, fatigued, and down for days.

That’s why caring for myself has to come first. For me, that means:

Today isn’t so much about celiac disease—it’s about remembering that taking care of you is important. Eat gluten-free. Move your body. Take a time-out.

Because even when life feels like it’s spiraling, your health is the foundation that helps you stand strong.
